Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role located in the Baton Rouge, LA area. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Responsibilities include managing project logistics, coordinating resources, supervising expediting processes, conducting inspections to ensure compliance, and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and leadership. Qualifications Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to oversee end-to-end project lifecycleExperience in Expediting and Expeditor roles to ensure timely delivery and coordination of tasksKnowledge of Inspection protocols and standards to ensure quality and complianceSkills in Logistics Management for effective resource allocation and managementStrong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilitiesExceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagementPrevious experience in the electrical or construction industry is an advantageFLUENT in Korean. Bilingual is a bonus.
