RN Nursing Supervisor (7 pm to 7:30 am)

Dunwoody Village, a highly regarded Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Newtown Square of Delaware County, is seeking to fill Part-Time Registered Nurse Supervisor weekend openings, 7pm-7:30am shift. Our RN Supervisors should understand that they will also be expected to accept floor assignments as necessary. Our supervisor is responsible for clinical supervision of long term care and short term rehabilitation units. Key responsibilities for this exempt-level leadership position include the following: Comprehensive onboarding, training, and mentoring of staff Supervising, auditing, and monitoring of above units Ensuring that Pennsylvania Department of Health (DOH) regulations/guidelines are followed Eligible candidates must meet the following requirements: Minimum of 3 years of long-term care experience and excellent assessment skills Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience as a primary role Must be a PA licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with current CPR certification Point Click Care experience A position at Dunwoody Village may be just what you’re looking for!
