Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.As a 3P51 Material Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations by managing material flow, inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving activities, and warehouse operations throughout the facility. This position requires strong attention to detail, safe operation of material handling equipment, and the ability to work across multiple departments to ensure materials and finished goods are delivered accurately and on time.What You Will DoResponsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Operate forklifts, power trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.Receive, store, move, and distribute materials throughout the facility.Process inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records.Support shipping and receiving operations, including preparing and verifying documentation.Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and inventory reconciliation activities.Work with SAP and other systems to track material movement and inventory status.Verify material quantities, part numbers, and documentation accuracy.Maintain inventory of production supplies, consumables, and finished goods.Assist with material flow improvements to support production demands.Follow standard work procedures and maintain compliance with safety requirements.Support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives within the work area.Collaborate with production, logistics, and leadership teams to resolve material shortages and inventory discrepancies.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.Required Qualifications For Mapleton Seals Materials SpecialistBasic knowledge of manufacturing processesGood communication skills and strong commitment to safety and teamworkAbility to stand for prolonged periods of timeAbility to work alone and with a team, managing time effectivelyTop Candidates Will Also HavePrevious experience in a manufacturing environmentBasic knowledge in reading and interpreting printsStrong understanding of machine and manufacturing principlesAdditional Information2nd shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm, Monday - FridayThis position does not offer relocationThis position requires no travelCandidates must be at least 18 years of agePositions are supplemental full-timeWhat We OfferCompetitive starting wages with scheduled wage increasesDay one benefitsEmployee national discountsDevelopment opportunitiesWhat To Expect After ApplyingApplicants that meet the qualifications will receive a call from our talent acquisition team to talk through your qualifications and answer questions you may have.On-site interviews will be scheduled for candidates that pass the phone screen.
