Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy assistant or DPT
Help Wanted: Physical Therapist (PT) or PTA Location: West Los Angeles (Brentwood) Position: Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant (Full-Time or Part-Time) About the Practice - Letgolts Method Physical Therapy is not a "high-volume" clinic. We are a specialized practice where physics meets hands-on clinical excellence. We treat the body as a complex mechanical system, focusing on identifying the structural and biomechanical root causes of dysfunction rather than just treating symptoms. The Role - We are looking for a clinician who views physical therapy as a craft. This position is designed for a PT or PTA who is frustrated by the "exercise-only" or "hands-off" models of modern clinics and instead thrives on manual intervention and structural realignment. Key Responsibilities: Manual Excellence: Perform high-level manual techniques, including joint mobilization, soft tissue manipulation, and functional release. Biomechanical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive gait and structural assessments to understand how a patient’s unique engineering affects their movement. Synergetic Care: Combine your manual skills with traditional modalities like cupping and compression to accelerate patient recovery. Patient Education: Clearly communicate the mechanical "why" behind your manual interventions to ensure long-term patient buy-in. Qualifications: Hands-On Mastery: A strong foundation in manual therapy and a genuine desire to spend the majority of your treatment time performing hands-on work. Clinical Curiosity: An interest in biomechanics and the physics of human movement. Licensure: Valid California PT or PTA license. Personal Touch: A commitment to providing focused, one-on-one care in a professional, boutique environment. Why Join Us? Autonomy: We empower you to use your hands and your clinical intuition. Boutique Environment: Work in a highly respected Westside practice (voted Top PT by Los Angeles Magazine) that values quality over quantity. Skill Growth: Refine your manual techniques in a setting that prioritizes the engineering of the human body. If you are a "hands-on" therapist who is passionate about manual therapy and structural mechanics, we want to hear from you. Please send your resume and a brief description of your manual therapy philosophy to letgoltsmethod@gmail.com
