This full-time, onshore remote position offers an exciting opportunity to lead critical Salesforce development initiatives, including Apex programming, REST API integrations with ServiceNow, and end-to-end onboarding configuration. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, hands-on professional capable of working independently with minimal architectural oversight. You will serve as the primary technical resource, ensuring the robustness, scalability, and efficiency of our Salesforce platform to support our onboarding and case management processes. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing our operational workflows, improving user experience, and maintaining high standards of system integrity.QualificationsThe successful candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years of Salesforce development experience, demonstrating strong Apex programming skills, including triggers, classes, and callouts. Hands-on experience building and consuming REST API integrations from Salesforce is essential, particularly with ServiceNow integration. The role requires proven ability to operate as the sole technical resource, making independent design and implementation decisions. Familiarity with Salesforce case management, onboarding flows, and process automation is crucial. Experience working with UI components such as Lightning Web Components (LWC) or page layouts, along with prior exposure to ServiceNow–Salesforce integrations, is highly desirable. Knowledge of Prepaid or financial services Salesforce implementations will be considered an advantage. Candidates should also have excellent written communication skills to produce comprehensive API and troubleshooting documentation.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and finalize REST API integrations between ServiceNow and Salesforce utilizing Apex callouts, ensuring seamless data exchange and system interoperability. Maintain and review API Swagger/OpenAPI documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy. Troubleshoot API errors, failures, and outages during and after deployment to maintain system stability and performance.Create and maintain Apex triggers, classes, and handlers tailored for Flash use cases, aligning with project requirements. Configure and update validation rules, field dependencies, and workflow logic to optimize business processes. Implement default value overrides and automate processes as needed to streamline onboarding and case management workflows.Build and configure onboarding Salesforce cases for Flash clients, ensuring case structures align with existing Prepaid Salesforce patterns and standards. Update Salesforce UI components such as Lightning Web Components or page layouts based on design artifacts, enhancing user experience. Support API-driven data population and rendering, ensuring data accuracy and system responsiveness.
