This position is responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance, security, and strategic oversight of our cloud-based systems, networks, communications platforms, and IT operations across 10 locations statewide. The ideal candidate is both highly technical and service-oriented, with the ability to lead a small support team while collaborating effectively with leadership, staff, and external vendors. This role reports directly to executive leadership and plays a critical role in maintaining operational continuity, cybersecurity, system reliability, and user support across the organization.What An IT Manager Does At Resilient HealthManage and support the organization's Microsoft 365 cloud environment, including user administration, licensing, security, email, Teams, SharePoint, and related servicesOversee IT operations and infrastructure across 10 locations throughout ArizonaManage and maintain Meraki networking equipment, internet connectivity, VPN access, and wireless networksOversee organization-wide phone systems, eFax systems, security alarms (Everon), and camera systemsMonitor system alerts, performance, cybersecurity risks, backups, and system healthCoordinate and manage IT vendors, service providers, contractors, and technology partnersSupervise one full-time and one part-time IT Help Desk staff member, including delegation of support tickets and workflow oversightProvide escalation support and troubleshooting for complex technical issuesAssist with onboarding/offboarding processes, user access management, and device provisioningDevelop and maintain IT policies, procedures, disaster recovery planning, and security best practicesCollaborate with leadership on technology planning, infrastructure improvements, budgeting, and future organizational needsResearch and recommend technology solutions that improve efficiency, security, and operational effectivenessSupport compliance, security, and data protection initiatives within a healthcare environmentMaintain documentation related to systems, vendors, assets, and network infrastructureRequirements For This PositionBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferredMinimum of 5 years of progressive IT experience requiredPrevious supervisory or management experience preferredStrong experience with Microsoft 365 administration in a cloud-based environment requiredExperience managing networks, firewalls, wireless systems, VPNs, and infrastructure across multiple locations requiredExperience with Meraki networking equipment preferredStrong knowledge of cybersecurity, backups, disaster recovery, and IT best practices requiredExperience managing vendors and external technology partners requiredExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills requiredAbility to prioritize multiple projects and respond effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and customer service skills requiredValid driver's license requiredValid Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain within 90 days of hireThree-year Motor Vehicle Record that meets our auto insurance carrier's coverage requirementsWhere You Will Be Working: 2255 W.
