Obstetrics Physician

Location: Longmont, ColoradoPosition Type: Permanent Physician OB Hospitalist Overview We are seeking a Board-Certified OB Hospitalist to provide comprehensive overnight inpatient obstetric care in Longmont, CO. This is a permanent opportunity offering a flexible 6 12 shift per month schedule within a highly collaborative and supportive hospital environment. Practice Highlights • Provide comprehensive inpatient obstetric care overnight, including labor management, deliveries, postpartum care, and triage• Manage acute gynecologic consults during nocturnist shifts• Perform urgent assessments and interventions for OB patients• Respond to emergency obstetric situations, including maternal or fetal complications• Collaborate with a collegial team of 8 OB physicians and 4 APPs• Provide backup and support for complex cases with onsite multispecialty teams• Ensure effective handoffs to day teams for continuity of care• Work within a fully integrated Epic EMR system• Participate in quality improvement and OB unit safety initiatives• Support mentoring or oversight of APPs as applicable• Contribute to hospital committee work and overnight process improvements Schedule & Coverage • 6 12 nocturnist shifts per month• Overnight inpatient coverage• Flexible schedule supporting work-life balance Compensation & Benefits • Annual Salary: $291,000 $324,000 (Full-Time)• Quality and/or productivity bonus potential• Relocation assistance available• Paid malpractice insurance• Generous CME allowance• 403(b) with employer match + optional 457(b)• Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance• Disability coverage for eligible dependents• FSA, HSA, pet insurance, identity theft protection, employee discounts• Paid family and medical leave (Colorado FAMLI included)• Contractual time off based on FTE status Candidate Requirements • Board Certified REQUIRED (No Exceptions)• Colorado license (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED• Clean malpractice history Highly Preferred• NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) REQUIRED at presentation• DEA required prior to start REQUIRED• Must confirm visa status at submission (No J-1 or H-1B accepted) Why Longmont, CO?
