If you thrive in a remote-friendly environment and have a passion for mainframe technology, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain mainframe applications and systemsWrite, test, and debug code using mainframe languages such as COBOL, JCL, or AssemblerAnalyze and resolve mainframe system issues, ensuring high availability and performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integrations and migrationsMonitor batch processing jobs and optimize mainframe workloadsDocument technical specifications, processes, and system changesParticipate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for mainframe developmentRequirementsProven experience in mainframe development or administration (IBM z/OS environment preferred)Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, or related mainframe technologiesStrong understanding of batch processing, job scheduling, and mainframe performance tuningExperience with mainframe tools such as ISPF, SDSF, or equivalent utilitiesAbility to troubleshoot complex mainframe issues independently in a remote settingStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with remote teamsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experienceCompensation: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
