Position SummaryNetlink Voice is seeking a driven and highly organized Corporate Recruiter to take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process across Netlink Voice and its subsidiaries. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent to support the company’s continued growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships, and delivers an exceptional candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full-cycle recruiting process across Netlink Voice and affiliated brandsProactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channelsReview resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and fitCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and leadership teamsPartner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamicsConduct interviews and evaluate candidates against technical and cultural criteriaManage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitate decision-makingExtend and negotiate offers with selected candidatesEnsure a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboardingAssist with employer branding initiatives and recruiting strategiesTrack and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.)Support hiring efforts across multiple departments including sales, engineering, operations, and supportQualifications2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house)Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple open roles simultaneouslyExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing toolsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholdersHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
