Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for Freight Agents and Sales Associates based in Chicago, IL, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves managing customer relationships, delivering exceptional service, identifying and securing freight opportunities, negotiating deals, and collaborating with team members to meet clients' logistical needs. Additional duties include promoting tailored solutions and ensuring smooth operations from shipment to delivery. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in expanding Click Logistics' reach and reinforcing its commitment to excellence. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for maintaining and fostering relationships with clients and partnersProven Sales expertise with the ability to negotiate and secure client contractsUnderstanding of Insurance products and their relevance in the logistics and transportation industryExperience in Training teams or educating clients about logistics processes and solutionsProficiency in using sales and logistics management softwareAnalytical and problem-solving skills to ensure optimal solutions for clientsPrior experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plusAbility to thrive in a hybrid work environment with strong organizational and time management skills
