Our goal is to help clients achieve their objectives without compromise. Role Description We are seeking a Bench Sales Recruiter for a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX. This role involves managing the end-to-end bench sales and recruitment process, developing strategies to place available consultants, negotiating contracts, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and meeting placement targets. The Bench Sales Recruiter will also ensure compliance with company guidelines and handle consultant documentation and placement tracking effectively. Qualifications Expertise in Sales Recruitment and Account ManagementProficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and HiringStrong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectivelyExperience managing relationships with clients and candidatesAbility to manage consultants on the bench and present them to potential clients efficientlyBachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant experienceKnowledge of IT industry standards and market trends is advantageousProficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
