Maintenance supervisor

The Maintenance supervisor is responsible for the timely completion of routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders throughout the community.MUST BE HVAC CERTIFIED~Timely completion of routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders throughout the community.~Ensures all make-ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule.~Assess and repair issues, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and interiors. Must be able to perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs and snow removal.~Performs preventative maintenance tasks as assigned.~Repair and replace HVAC systems.~Perform weekly pool treatments and maintain overall pool condition, including water balance, cleaning, and equipment checks~Conduct interior and exterior rounds to ensure proper functioning of systems and equipment, structure integrity of buildings, condition of grounds, etc.~Maintain accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, repairs, work orders, work-in- progress, apartment make-ready status, etc.~Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.~All other duties as assigned.~ On-call rotation requiredJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Paid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Union City, GA 30291: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Application Question(s):Are you HVAC certified?
