Edible Beats Restaurant Floor ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Restaurant Floor Manager to join our Edible Beats team! The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for hospitality, excellent communication and organizational skills, and experience in managing a diverse team. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently, providing a memorable dining experience for our guests.Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 annuallyResponsibilities:The ability to multi-task and perform in a high volume atmosphereA broad range of restaurant management experience encompassing different styles of service and cuisine in chef driven, culinary driven food conceptsKnowledge and experience with wine, beer, and specialty cocktailsExperience with events management and oversight is a plusA professional, polished manner and elite customer service skillsExcellent verbal, written, and organizational skillsWillingness to learn, manage, and communicate extensive ingredient & product knowledgeExperience hiring, training, and cultivating staffCommitted to sustainable waste practicesMindset around learning and personal developmentBrings energy and a positive attitudeWorks well collaboratively and individuallyStrong commitment to all codes, regulations, and laws regarding alcohol service, health department, labor department, guest and staff safety, and all other miscellaneous liabilities related to the daily operations of the restaurantBackground in some online management platforms such as, but not limited to, Paylocity, ShiftNotes, Google Drive, R365, etc.Physical stamina to stand & move throughout the duration of a shiftSupporting host, bar, scheduling, and orderingRequirements:Open availability including nights & weekendsMust be able to lift over 20lbs multiple times per shiftMUST be able to be on feet and actively moving for up to 8 hours at a timeWe are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
