About this Job:Training Start: November 1, 2024Training Time: 11:00AM – 7:30PM EST, Monday - Friday (2 weeks training, 1 week nesting)Hours of Operation (HOOPs): 8:00AM - 9:00PM EST, Monday - Friday (FULL TIME - 8hrs/day, 40hrs/week)Location: onsite Orlando, FL 32819Job Description:As a Tier I Customer Care Call Center Representative you will seek to create a positive experience for each caller. You will be listening to customers to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response which would include initiating benefits, cancelling the protection, and/or answering questions related to a benefit. To be a successful, you should be customer-focused, detail oriented, and efficient.Qualifications:High School Diploma 1 year Customer service experienceStrong communication and listening skillsAbility to multi-task and manage time effectivelyWrites clearly, concisely and effectivelyPunctualityProficient in Microsoft Office SuitesCommitted to providing superior customer serviceAbility to work independentlyTasks requires judgment and critical thinking skillsAbility to pass a background screening and drug test
