The PM is responsible for ensuring the successful cost, schedule, and performance of the contract while serving as the primary interface between the Government and Contractor organizations.This role oversees technical, operational, and administrative aspects of program execution, ensuring contractual requirements are met efficiently and effectively in compliance with DIA, DoD, and Intelligence Community standards.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain overall responsibility for contract cost, schedule, and performanceServe as the primary point of contact for Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Government Program Manager, Contractor senior managementDirect and manage program execution across multiple functional areas, including Cost management and cost avoidance, Schedule estimation, tracking, and control, Contract performance management, Risk management, Requirements analysis, Quality assurance activitiesEnsure all tasks and deliverables are executed efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with contract requirementsLead and direct skilled technical and functional resources supporting the programMonitor technical progress, identify issues and risks, and implement corrective actionsPrepare, review, and deliver program status reports, briefings, and technical documentationCommunicate program status, risks, and performance metrics to government and contractor leadershipSupport audits, reviews, and government oversight activitiesPromote continuous improvement, process optimization, and best practicesRequirementsSkills and ExperienceActive TS/SCI10+ years of progressive experience managing Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) programs, contracts, or large-scale technical projects5+ years of experience leading multi-disciplinary technical teams and managing program cost, schedule, and performanceProven experience managing DoD or Intelligence Community contractsDemonstrated success managing cost, schedule, and performance on complex programsStrong understanding of Government contracting and acquisition processes, Program and project management principles, Risk management and quality assurance practicesExperience leading multi-disciplinary technical teamsAbility to direct and coordinate technical resources while maintaining accountabilityStrong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level engagementExperience preparing and reviewing technical and program documentationAbility to operate effectively in a high-compliance, mission-critical environmentExperience supporting DIA or Intelligence Community missionsFamiliarity with Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery modelsStrong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environmentEducation and CertificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Business, Program or Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related disciplineEquivalent experience may be substituted in lieu of a degreePreferredProject Management Professional (PMP)Certified Scrum-Master (CSM)or equivalent project/program management training or certificationBenefitsMedical, dental, vision, disability, and life insuranceFlexible Spending Accounts401(k)PTOPaid Parental LeaveTuition reimbursementPaid federal holidaysSecurity ClearanceMust be a U.S. Citizen.
