Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Pine Bluff, AR. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support, maintaining organized records, managing schedules, and ensuring efficient office operations. Day-to-day tasks include answering phone calls with professional etiquette, assisting with executive administrative duties, organizing files, and coordinating patient benefits with insurance companies. Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for effective office managementStrong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to manage professional correspondence and interactionsExperience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support leadership in scheduling and organizing meetingsAttention to detail, ability to multi-task, and maintain confidentialityFamiliarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or associate degree in office administration or related field is a plusPrevious experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
