Regional Talent Acquisitionist - Part Time
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to support our recruiting efforts in a fast-paced environment. This fully remote role plays an essential part in identifying talent, managing candidate communication, and maintaining a steady pipeline of applicants.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while working independently.
Primary Responsibilities
Post and manage job advertisements across platforms
Review applications and screen candidates
Conduct initial phone screenings
Coordinate interviews with leadership
Maintain accurate applicant tracking and documentation
Communicate consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process
Assist with onboarding coordination and follow-up
Support reporting and recruiting metrics as needed
Qualifications
Must reside within Western North Carolina
Previous recruiting, staffing, or high-volume customer service experience preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently

$20 per hour
