Project Architect

Overview: Project outlooks will consist mostly of Dunkin locations. There is also work with strip malls that have Dunkin in them, along with some multifamily projects coming through. Every 10 years Dunkin locations need to be remodeled and undergo new design. Dunkin will send the architect the overall outlook and the architect then needs to go through the process of creating the design. Interact with Dunkin personnel and construction teams Ability to sign off on design documents Create designs from scratch, and remodels utilizing AutoCAD Skills/Qualifications: 8-15 years of experience in the industry Production/Technical Focused Proficient in AutoCAD Ability to go onsite and interact with clients Ideally registered architect or close to completing Restaurant, Retail, some multifamily is nice to have – not a must have Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
