This role is focused on construction execution and quality assurance during core & shell and interior fit-out phases, ensuring all activities comply with project drawings, specifications, and GMP requirements. This is a long-term opportunity supporting a major capital construction program within a highly regulated environment, ideal for senior construction quality professionals with strong field execution expertise.Key Focus AreasConstruction Quality Assurance (QA) for CSA scopesCore & shell construction and GMP fit-out oversightPharmaceutical and industrial facility projectsResponsibilitiesProvide on-site CSA quality oversight during construction and fit-out activitiesReview and verify construction work for compliance with drawings, specifications, and GMP standardsSupport inspections, punch list development, and project closeout activitiesCollaborate with construction teams, subcontractors, and project management to identify and resolve quality issuesEnsure quality alignment across architectural, structural, and building enclosure scopes (excluding civil)Maintain compliance with construction quality procedures and regulatory expectationsRequired Experience & Qualifications10+ years of dedicated Construction Quality Assurance experienceProven experience supporting pharmaceutical and industrial construction projectsStrong background in core & shell construction and interior fit-out phasesHands-on, on-site construction QA experience within active construction environmentsStrong understanding of GMP-regulated construction practicesExcellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
