We are TÜV SÜD.Your TasksSupport the Senior Controller and Director of Controlling in financial planning, reporting, and analysis across business unitsPrepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and ad-hoc analysesAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisAnalyze financial statements and contribute to management reporting (KPIs, P&L, accruals)Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and data validationMaintain and improve financial reporting tools and systems (e.g., SAP, SAC, BI tools)Contribute to process improvements and cross-functional projectsYour QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration0–3 years of relevant experience in finance or controllingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems (e.g., SAP or similar tools)Effective communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with business intelligence or financial planning toolsExposure to international or multi-entity environmentsInterest in data analytics or emerging technologies such as AIWhat We OfferOpportunity to develop your career in a global organizationExposure to cross-functional projects and international teamsHybrid work model with flexibilityStructured onboarding and continuous learning opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative team environmentCompetitive compensation and benefits packageAdditional InformationLocation: Wakefield, MA (Hybrid work model)The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $70,000 – $80,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.
