Network Conversion Specialist

Overview In this contract role, you will remotely guide store contacts through converting from the old to the new network using prewritten scripts and detailed steps. You’ll perform test orders to verify success while following a strict process, communicating clearly to users. You’ll operate during a night shift, targeting multiple conversions per shift, and collaborate with a larger transformation program upgrading nationwide networking equipment by end of 2026.
