Mid-Level Real Estate Leasing Attorney – High-End Office & Tenant Rep | Hybrid | New York, NY Opening for a mid-level Real Estate Leasing Attorney (4–7 years) to lead commercial office leasing for marquee, national clients. Hybrid schedule with direct client contact and partner-track potential.Base pay range: $200,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yrResponsibilities Independently manage complex commercial office leasing transactionsNegotiate LOIs and leases (including build-out, assignment/subletting, and SNDA issues)Coordinate with clients, brokers, and opposing counsel to drive timelines to closingAdvise high-end tenants on risk allocation, operating expense provisions, and remediesCollaborate with teammates to ensure consistency across multi-site portfoliosQualifications 4–7 years of sophisticated commercial leasing experience (high-end tenant representation preferred)JD from an accredited law school; New York Bar requiredExceptional negotiation, drafting, and deal-management skillsAbility to work independently while juggling multiple mattersCrisp communication and client-service mindsetCulture & Firm Appeal Top-tier Am Law firm with national platform depth, strong mentorship, practical training, and opportunities for repeat portfolio work in New York.
