Key Responsibilities Oversee development and delivery of contracts for heat pipe reactors, managing project scope, estimates, and subcontractor performance Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on program goals and communication Track program execution, including financial forecasting and reporting, while delivering updates to senior leadership Qualifications B. Sc. degree in Engineering or a related technical field U.S. Citizenship required 10+ years of experience in Program and Contract management PMI Program Manager program certification General knowledge of the nuclear industry and experience with ITAR and defense requirements
