The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, handle transactions, and maintain store displays.Essential Duties And Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries about products, pricing, and availability. Help customers with product selection and suggest complementary products. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for cash and card transactions. Maintain store displays and ensure that the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Process returns and exchanges according to company policies. Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and shelf organization. Stay informed on promotions, sales, and new merchandise. Meet and exceed sales targets as assigned. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations. Follow loss prevention policies and assist with reducing shrinkage. Employment Type: Full Time
