Bus Driver

Overview We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Bus Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting elementary school aged children to various elementary schools in Conroe. while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and professionalism. Duties Safely operate a small bus (No CDL required). Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers at designated locations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bus interior and exterior. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers as needed and addressing any concerns or inquiries. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving. Keep accurate records of routes, mileage, and passenger counts as necessary. Stay informed about route changes or traffic conditions that may affect travel times. Requirements Valid Driver's liscence. Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations and make quick decisions when required. Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A clean driving record with no major violations within the past few years is essential.
