We are looking for a driven Sales Representative who wants to be part of building something bigger-someone motivated not just by closing deals, but by helping shape the next chapter of a growing company. This is a true sales-focused role, allowing you to concentrate on generating revenue, closing deals, and building your pipeline, while a dedicated project management team handles execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation
Generate new business through inbound leads, referrals, and self-generated opportunities
Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and develop project scope
Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and contracts
Close sales and secure signed agreements and deposits
Pipeline Management
Maintain a strong and organized sales pipeline
Follow up on leads, quotes, and open opportunities in a timely manner
Track conversion rates and continuously improve close performance
Qualifications
2+ years of sales experience (home services, construction, or similar preferred)
Proven ability to close deals and hit revenue targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Highly self-motivated with strong time management skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for site visits
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, giving you direct control over your earning potential. Full benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, a company vehicle, and participation in our company 401(k) plan.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
