Press Brake Operator

Job Description We have immediate openings for Press Brake Operators in the Hayward, CA area.Key Responsibilities Set up press brake machines (tools, dies, and settings) Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Operate the machine to bend metal sheets to exact angles and dimensions Perform quality checks using measuring tools (calipers, gauges, rulers) Adjust machine settings for precision and efficiency Inspect finished parts for defects or inaccuracies Maintain equipment and ensure proper functioning Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment⚙️ Required Skills & Qualifications Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints Basic math skills (measurements, angles, tolerances) Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Experience with CNC press brake machines (often preferred) Knowledge of metal types and bending techniques Physical ability to stand, lift materials, and work in a factory environmentEducation & Experience High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Vocational training or certification in machining/fabrication (preferred) On-the-job training is common Prior manufacturing or metalworking experience is a plusIf you have these skills and experience and are looking for a new role, please submit your resume for consideration.
