DetailsLarge 900-bed acute care hospital radiology department Procedures include OR-based imaging with GE equipment Schedule is 3x10-hour day shifts on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM No call required 30 hours per week May float to a nearby sister hospital 13-week contract RequirementsMinimum of 18 months of experience as an X-Ray Technologist Graduate of an accredited radiography program Active NJ State RT license required if applicable Current ARRT certification and BLS Experience with GE imaging equipment required Must be comfortable performing imaging in the OR Epic EMR experience Must be able to work independently in a high-volume setting Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible Additional InformationPerform imaging and treatment processes in accordance with state, federal, and professional guidelines Maintain equipment, assess safety, and ensure patient comfort throughout procedures Monitor for procedure revisions and coordinate daily imaging workflow Demonstrated knowledge of imaging equipment setup, utilization, troubleshooting, and proper maintenance is essential Strong initiative, problem-solving, and communication skills are required Travelers who have previously been on assignment at this facility may return after a required break period — contact your recruiter for details American Traveler Job ID #P-692525.
