You will play a critical role in positioning Baker’s Cay as one of the most sought-after luxury resort experiences in the Keys.What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred 5+ years of experience as a General Manager within a full-service hotel or resort environment Proven success driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and expense controls Inspirational leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with associates, guests, ownership, and corporate partners Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering elevated guest experiencesKey Responsibilities Lead all facets of resort operations including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Engineering, and Human Resources Develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive profitability, guest satisfaction, and market performance Foster a culture centered on exceptional service, engagement, collaboration, and accountability Champion operational excellence and uphold luxury-level service standards throughout the resort Mentor and inspire department leaders while building a strong and positive team culture Partner closely with ownership and Davidson Hospitality Group to achieve long-term business goals Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and emerging opportunities to maximize resort success Oversee budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and revenue optimization strategiesIf you are ready to bring your leadership, creativity, and passion for hospitality to one of the most stunning destinations in the country, we invite you to explore this exciting opportunity at Baker’s Cay Resort Key Largo.
