Camden Health and Rehabilitation - Camden Health and Rehabilitation is a 135-bed skilled nursing facility that is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team of dedicated health care professionals. FT, PT, and PRN positions available.Applicant must have current nursing aide certification in North Carolina.Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Supervise and assist residents with activities of daily livingServe meals to residents and assist with feeding as neededProvide person-centered care to each resident based on their care planTake and record vital signsPerform patient care as directed by RN/LPN in a safe manner according to policy and procedureRespond directly to patient requests and appropriately communicate the patient's needsAssist in properly transferring residentsDocument records of care for every assigned resident each shiftAssure the cleanliness and dignity of each residentPossess good communication skills to interact with residents, their loved ones, and other staff membersAs a SanStone Health & Rehabilitation facility, we offer employment opportunities in NC that are filled with purpose.
