Workers and materials. We are confident that this is the role that comes by once in a lifetime and has a tremendous upside.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Management & Administration• Oversee daily office operations to ensure a professional, efficient, and organized workplace• Manage office supplies, facilities, equipment, and vendor relationships• Serve as a central point of contact for internal communications and administrative coordination• Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation• Support scheduling, meetings, and internal communicationsOperations Management• Coordinate operational workflows across departments to improve efficiency and consistency• Implement and maintain processes, policies, and standard operating procedures• Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements• Support leadership with reporting, metrics, and operational planning• Manage special projects and cross-functional initiativesPeople & HR Support• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding• Maintain employee records and support HR administration• Coordinate training, compliance, and internal communications• Help foster a positive, accountable workplace cultureFinancial & Administrative Support• Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping• Support invoicing, billing coordination, and vendor payments• Track operational costs and support financial reportingSales• Conduct Sales calls• Support Sales and Marketing initiatives through planning, execution, analysis and moreQualifications• Entrepreneurial Spirit• Positive, Can-Do attitude• Ability to be available at all times• Ability to operate under pressure at a fast pace (This company is growing and there’s a lot going on, so we need someone that flourishes in that environment.)• Strong CommunicatorPreferred Qualifications• Fluent in Russian (Not required, but helpful)• Experience in service-based, construction, or home-services environments• Experience supporting HR or people operations• Familiarity with process improvement or operations scalingCompensation & Benefits• Salary: $65k to $70k annually, based on experience• Opportunity to join a quickly growing company and to grow with the company• Performance-based bonus• Health insurance• 401(k) with company match
