Client Services are the liaison between the client and the creative team to ensure the client's needs and goals are being met on every project. An Assistant Account Executive (AAE) plays a vital supporting role to the entire Account Service Team.We are looking for an individual to take initiative in learning about our agency, our industry and our people. We want and cultivate advertising junkies; who keeps up to date on the industry, client news and emerging technology. As an Assistant Account Executive, you will be responsible for: Supporting all members of the Account Service Team.Manage and track job flow via: job jackets, status reports and trafficking.Assist with the execution / production of creative ideas. Creating an organized work environment, such that details are not missed. Ability to work with a sense of urgency as well as maintaining a great attitude.Responsible for proofreading all documentation that is sent out both internally and externally. Providing administrative support to the Account Service Team.Ensuring that internal relationships are developed in aiding support for the Account Service Team.Able to adhere to the importance of confidentiality.Responsible for managing all travel arrangements.Coordinating prep and scheduling for internal and client meetings. Managing food orders, errand runs and expense reports.Assist in helping with any necessary network clearance.
