Job Overview Adam & Eve is looking for a positive and hardworking manager for our Downtown Denver location. We need a “can-do” personality with a thirst for success. Duties and Responsibilities: Hiring and filling staff positions for the store Training new staff on product knowledge, policies, and duties Continuing the knowledge and salesmanship skills of current employees Creating and managing schedules for staff Positively leading a team of sales staff by example Inventorying store on a regular basis Maintaining store cleanliness daily Counting and ensuring the accuracy of tills and bank deposits Running a Point of Sale system Consistent communication with regional manager Open availability is a must Knowledge and Skills: Must have a high school diploma Proficient reading and writing skills Previous leadership experience Previous sales experience preferred Experience using Microsoft Excel, Google Drive and Word Organization and time management skills Must be able to self-manage A can-do, positive outlook Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person Qualifications Proven management experience in retail or grocery store environments with supervisory responsibilities. Strong skills in employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment. Demonstrated leadership in managing store operations. Experience in cashiering, cash handling procedures, payroll processing, and inventory control. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently through strong organizational skills and time management.
