These values guide our decisions, shape our culture, and define how we work together to deliver exceptional value to our customers and communities.About The RoleKetjen is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Global Income Tax Manager to support US and foreign income tax compliance, US and foreign income tax provision calculations, transfer pricing calculations and compliance, support intercompany financing and cash movements, and support income tax accounting on a global basis. This role is also responsible for ensuring accurate and timely preparation of income tax filings, supporting quarterly and annual tax provisions, and maintaining compliance with evolving tax regulations.The Global Income Tax Manager will partner closely with Accounting, Finance, and external advisors to support tax reporting, planning initiatives, and audit activities. This position requires strong technical knowledge of corporate income tax, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, manufacturing-focused environment.The role will be required to manage the key responsibilities while working in a hybrid environment.Key ResponsibilitiesIncome Tax Compliance & ReportingEnsure foreign income tax returns and related filings are filed accurately and timelyEnsure foreign, U.S., federal and state corporate income tax returns, extensions, and estimates are filed accurately and timelyManage Pillar 2 reporting, BEPS documentation, and notification requirements for foreign locationsReconcile tax-related general ledger accounts and maintain supporting documentationMonitor changes in tax legislation and assess impact on the company’s tax position and reporting requirementsTax Provision & Financial ReportingManage international income tax provisions on a quarterly and annual basis in compliance with ASC740Manage preparation of current and deferred tax calculations, effective tax rate analysis, and supporting schedulesSupport income tax disclosures for financial statements and coordinate with internal auditors and external auditorsMaintain documentation supporting tax positions for tax accounts and tax reserve schedulesMaintain and support internal controls over income tax reportingAudit Support & Risk ManagementSupport international, federal and state income tax audits by gathering documentation and responding to inquiriesIdentify potential tax exposures and recommend corrective actions to mitigate riskEnsure compliance with internal controls and company policies related to tax reportingDesign internal processes to mitigate tax risks and position the company for global compliance and efficiencyBusiness Partnership & Process ImprovementPartner with Accounting and Finance teams on a global basis to ensure accurate tax treatment of transactions and new business initiativesWork closely with Treasury, Legal, Finance, and Operations with cash repatriation and funding strategiesSupport tax planning initiatives and modeling effortsLead opportunities to improve tax processes, enhance reporting accuracy, and leverage automation toolsQualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCPA certification required6–8 years of corporate income tax experience in public accounting and/or an international corporate environment2 – 3 years of experience in global tax provision and experience with ASC 740 reportingStrong knowledge of foreign, U.S., federal and state corporate income tax lawsExperience with SAP ERP softwareExperience with tax provision software and other ERP systems (e.g., OneSource, Corptax, or similar)Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectivelyExcellent communication skills and the ability to work across functionsPreferredMasters degree in finance, accounting or related fieldExperience supporting manufacturing or industrial organizationBenefits Of Joining KetjenCompetitive compensationComprehensive benefits packageA diverse array of resources to support you professionally and personally.
