Right Price.Position: IT ProfessionalPay Rate: $20-21/hr. on W2Location: Orlando FL (On-Site)Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension)Key Responsibilities:Work directly with end users to communicate changes and impacts to their IT environmentPartner with vendors on service contracts to ensure optimal solutionsProvide troubleshooting support for mobile devices and mobile applicationsDevelop user guides and instructions for application configurations and setupCoordinate updates and upgrades for mobile devices with customersRecord and document new processes and procedures; update existing documentationSupport change and release processes for IT systemsProduce reports and perform clean-up activities (including canceling unused mobile lines and managing device returns)Qualifications:Interest or experience in IT operations, end-user support, or enterprise IT environmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skillsExperience with iOS platforms (preferred)Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and related applications (preferred)Why Work With Us?We believe in more than just jobs—we build careers.
