Job Title: Business Analyst/SME–Account Analysis (Banking / Treasury Services)Experience: 10+ YearsLocation: Hybrid- Iselin NJ/Johnston RI/Boston MAJob Description:We are seeking an experienced Business Analysis or SME with strong expertise in Account Analysis (Treasury Billing & Pricing) to support a leading Banking / Treasury Services transformation initiative. This role is focused on delivering functional configurations, enhancements, and support across account analysis, client billing, and treasury pricing processes.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in account analysis platforms, including billing calculations, fee structures, and earnings credit rate (ECR), along with the ability to translate complex treasury requirements into scalable system solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support functional configurations, enhancements, and issue resolution in Infor Account Analysis / Treasury Billing modulesWork closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements related to:Client billing and invoicingFee calculation and pricing structuresEarnings Credit Rate (ECR) and balance offset mechanismsService usage tracking and billing reconciliationTranslate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurationsAnalyze existing treasury and account analysis processes and identify optimization opportunitiesCollaborate with technical teams for development, testing, and deployment of solutionsManage change requests, production support tickets, and issue resolutionParticipate in UAT, go-live activities, and post-production supportCreate and maintain detailed documentation for business processes, billing rules, and system configurationsTechnical EnvironmentPlatform: IAccount Analysis / Treasury Billing SolutionsDomain: Commercial Banking – Treasury Services, Cash Management, Account AnalysisTools: SQL, JIRA / ServiceNow (ticketing), reporting tools (BIRST or similar – nice to have)Integration: Experience working with middleware, APIs, and system integrations across banking platformsRequired Skills & Experience5+ years of hands-on experience with Account Analysis or Treasury Billing platformsStrong understanding of account analysis processes, including:Client billing and invoicingFee and pricing modelsEarnings Credit Rate (ECR) calculationsBilling reconciliation and reportingExperience in Commercial Banking / Treasury Services domainProven ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersStrong analytical, communication, and documentation skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience working with large banking or financial services clientsExposure to payments, deposits, or treasury productsFamiliarity with reporting and analytics tools (BIRST, BI tools, etc.)Understanding of banking integrations, APIs, and data flowsCompany Profile:Stratacent is a Global IT consulting and Services firm, headquartered in Jersey City, NJ, USA with offices in UK, Canada, and South Africa and global capability centers (GCC) in Pune and Gurugram in India.
