About the role
The proposal coordinator is responsible for reviewing and processing requests for proposals (RFPs) from clients, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining positive client relationships, and ensuring compliance with requirements and best practices. The proposal coordinator will work collaboratively with multiple teams to develop high-quality proposals that meet client and RFP requirements.
What You'll Do
Review and process RFPs to ensure clarity, coherence, and alignment with client and RFP requirements
Communicate with internal and external clients to clarify requirements and address any proposal inquiries
Maintain positive client relationships throughout the proposal process
Manage data with integrity across various platforms
Coordinate approximately 15-20 proposals per week, and therefore must be organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated
Must be comfortable holding others accountable for providing information in a timely manner in order to ensure that proposal due dates are met
Support the Growth team with proposal development activities, team communications, and many other elements of the proposal development process
Work collaboratively with multiple teams to ensure proposals are on time and proper approvals are received
Apply proposal process, methodology, and best practices
Maintain compliance with requirements, internal controls, and external regulations
Be among the first points of contact for the TMs/ATMs when a response to an RFP or other bid document is requested
Consult with the clients, submit questions, and request clarification to help complete the proposal
Manage proposal projects from initiation to completion
Coordinate with internal teams to gather required information for proposals as needed
Review and edit proposals for accuracy and completeness

About you
Associate Degree from an accredited institution
2 years past administrative experience or tenure in an office setting
Proficient with standard office platforms, such as Microsoft Office
Data management and entry skills, including the ability to maintain and improve filing systems
Excellent communication skills including verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Aptitude for learning new software and systems
Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
Ability to work well independently and in collaboration with others
Strong conflict management and problem-solving skills; ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to prioritize and organize workload, adapt to changes/demands, conduct research as needed, and be accountable to deadlines
Travel up to 10% domestically
Strong written and verbal English communication skills

As required by the Pay Transparency laws in Colorado, New York City, California, Washington, and Connecticut, DNV provides a reasonable compensation range for roles that may be hired in those locations. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the states of Colorado, New York City, NY, California, Washington, and Connecticut only, the range of starting pay for this role is $50,000-$65,000USD
