GrailPay is elevating, and as the first ever marketing leader you are looking to elevate the marketing function to fuel this phase of growth. You'll shape our brand, drive demand, and tell the story of a platform powering the future of bank payments infrastructure. You're equal parts creative and data driven — you can develop a marketing plan on Monday and write the copy, build the landing page, launch the campaign by Friday, and iterate based on performance.3 years marketing experience ideally in fintech payments in a SaaS environmentDemonstrated ability to build, execute, and refine marketing strategy in early startup environmentAnalytical mindset with experience in pipeline metrics, campaign attribution, and marketing ROICreative and resourcefulSelf starter, thrives in little structureBachelors degree from accredited universityKey Responsibilities:Define and evolve GrailPay's brand identity, voice, and visual standardsDevelop messaging frameworks and value propositions for distinct buyer personas: risk teams, product leaders, compliance officers, and technical evaluatorsCreate case studies, blog posts, whitepapers, one-pagers, and sales enablement materialsBuild and execute demand generation across inbound, outbound, and partner channelsOwn marketing pipeline metrics and attribution; partner with Sales on lead quality and handoffPlan and execute presence at industry conferences, trade shows, and fintech eventsBuild relationships with industry publications, analysts, and communitiesPartner with Sales on ABM campaigns and messaging feedback loopsManage external vendors and agencies as neededMarketing strategy- working with CEO to chart our course and define KPIsBenefits:$150K-$190K Competitive equity packageFlexible PTOIn office, nycChance to rapidly accelerate career and become a known player in the fintech space!
