The Warehouse Lumper / Material Handler is responsible for manually loading and unloading freight from trailers, containers, and trucks. This role supports warehouse receiving and shipping operations by ensuring products are handled safely, efficiently, and accurately.Key Responsibilities:Hand Unload and Load freight from inbound and outbound trailers and containersBreak down pallets and sort product by SKU, quantity, or destinationStack, palletize, wrap, and stage product for storage or shipmentInspect freight for visible damage and report issues to supervisorsMaintain a clean and safe dock and work areaOperate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, stock pickers, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material-handling tools to safely and efficiently complete assigned tasksFollow all warehouse safety rules and proceduresAssist with general warehouse tasks as needed including putaways and replenishment of binsQualifications:Prior warehouse or dock experienceAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsStrong work ethic and reliabilityAbility to work independently or as part of a teamAbility to safely use basic warehouse equipment (manual or electric pallet jacks)Physical RequirementsAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 lbs repeatedlyAbility to stand, walk, bend, and twist for extended periodsComfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environmentAbility to work in varying temperaturesCompensation & Benefits:$15 - $17 per hour40% employee discount on most productsHealth, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, 401k with employer matchLarge supplemental insurance offerings such as accidental policies and discounted pet insurance plansFSA General Purpose Healthcare and Dependent CareGrowth and development opportunitiesExcellent work/life balanceAccrue 5+ days of PTO per year9 Paid Holidays per yearCompany eventsE-VerifyTrue Brands participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S. If E-Verify cannot confirm that you are authorized to work, this employer is required to give you written instructions and an opportunity to contact Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or Social Security Administration (SSA) so you can begin to resolve the issue before the employer can take any action against you, including terminating your employment.
