You’ll be responsible for performing routine maintenance, ensuring building systems function properly, and maintaining a clean, safe and compliant work environment. This is ideal for candidates who have a solid background in general maintenance, are comfortable working in a warehouse setting and are familiar with safety protocols. RESPONSIBILITIESPerform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on warehouse infrastructure, including lighting, HVAC, plumbing and safety equipment.Respond promptly to facility repair requests and work orders.Maintain cleanliness and organization of facility and exterior areas (e.g. parking lots, docks, breakrooms).Support warehouse operations by repairing racking, conveyors, machine tapers, carton erectors, dock doors, forklifts (if qualified), and other equipment as needed.Assist in coordinating third-party vendors for specialized maintenance or repairs.Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
