Bank Retail Services Coordinator - Northern Colorado Territory: Fort Collins, Berthoud, Greeley, Windsor

We provide a full range of Commercial, Ag, Retail, and Mortgage banking products and pride ourselves on servicing our communities.The Region Retail Services Coordinator position is a full-time role, eligible for a comprehensive benefit package, including paid time off. This position requires flexibility to travel between the branch locations in which you would directly manage; Fort Collins, Berthoud, Greeley, and Windsor.Role ResponsibilitiesDirects and oversees all retail service delivery and daily operations for multiple Northern Colorado branches - Berthoud, Fort Collins, Fort Collins Downtown, Greeley, and Windsor. Develops a cohesive retail team that works together among and between locations within the region to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of retail products and services, aligned with the bank's strategic plan and core values. Ensures all bank and regulatory policies and procedures are followed. Ensures all customers receive prompt and courteous service and that products and services offered meet the needs of the bank's customer base. Travels between region locations, as necessary.Drives all aspects of the retail Sales & Service process for a specified region. Develops daily and weekly region sales plans, in conjunction with location managers.With the location managers, is responsible for ensuring retention of profitable customers at the various locations. Proactively identifies sales opportunities with an emphasis on establishing profitable client relationships. Tracks results and follow up as appropriate.This position must be flexible to travel between the branches often and have a "feet on ground" approach to coaching and development.
