Director of Nursing (DON)

Our ideal candidate would be a Registered Nurse with previous DON/Assistant DON or management experience in a long term care setting. This is a full-time position. Expected salary for this position is $80,000 to 85,000 based on prior experience. As the Director of Nursing at Miller’s, you are responsible for the nursing care and service to the patients in your facility, and you supervise the staff assigned to deliver patient care. You plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate nursing services that will meet the needs of the residents, and that will comply with company policy and the State and Federal regulations governing those services.
