Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for our guests while effectively health and fitness. Duties - Greet customers warmly and assist them with their fitness needs. - Provide product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and engagement. - Operate crm, manage lead based and process transactions efficiently. - Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively sell to customers. - Uphold excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries via phone. - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards. Skills - Strong basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. - Experience in conducting product demos to educate customers on features and benefits. - Proficiency in operating crm and processing payments accurately. - Proven sales experience with the ability to effectively sell products and services. - Supervisory skills to guide team members in daily operations when needed. - Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication with customers. - Exceptional customer service skills to create a welcoming environment.
