At Aspiranet, every role contributes to something greater—to help create a future where opportunity, hope, and healing are within everyone’s reach.📝 Position SummaryThe HR Compliance Specialist ensures compliance with employee driving records, background clearances, credential verification, and workforce reporting.This role partners with internal teams and external agencies to maintain accurate data, resolve compliance issues, and support audits and reporting requirements.🔍 Key ResponsibilitiesCompliance & OversightEnsure compliance with DMV, Community Care Licensing, CDSS, DOJ, and Joint Commission requirementsMonitor regulatory updates and maintain compliant processesBackground Checks & ClearancesManage criminal background clearance processes and resolve delaysMaintain Guardian system records and fingerprinting documentationDMV & Driving RecordsOversee DMV Pull Notice Program and employee driving complianceReview records, investigate discrepancies, and issue notificationsCredentialing & VerificationProcess degree verifications and conduct SSN/license validationsReview out-of-state candidate documentationReporting & Data ManagementMaintain compliance records and support EEO-1 and CA Pay Data reportingAssist with workforce reporting and auditsHR Operations SupportProcess wage increases and support HR initiativesHandle confidential information with discretion✅ QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceCompliance, licensing, or regulated environment experience preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (UKG a plus)Excellent communication and ability to manage sensitive data💻 Work EnvironmentHybrid role with 2 days onsite in South San Francisco.
