Job Description AdvanceTEC seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in cleanroom project delivery to lead high‐visibility, technically complex initiatives across our portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and cross‐functional leadership—ensuring that every cleanroom project is delivered with precision, compliance, and excellence.What you'll leadFull lifecycle project management for cleanroom builds, expansions, and upgrades—from concept and design coordination through commissioning and closeoutDevelopment and ownership of project schedules, budgets, risk plans, and communication frameworksAlignment of engineering, construction, facilities, safety, and vendor teams to ensure seamless executionOversight of procurement, change management, and documentation to maintain project control and transparencyLeadership of project governance, stakeholder updates, and executive reportingWhat you bringExtensive experience managing cleanroom or controlled‐environment projects in semiconductor, biotech, pharma, aerospace, or advanced manufacturingStrong understanding of cleanroom classifications, contamination control, HVAC/MEP integration, and high‐purity systemsProven ability to lead multi‐disciplinary teams through complex, fast‐paced project phasesExceptional communication, problem‐solving, and stakeholder‐management skillsA track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to stringent quality standardsWhat we offerCover you and your family on Anthem PPO Medical for $50 per pay periodWe pay 100% of the cost of your Dental insuranceWe pay 100% of the cost of your life insurance, up to $200,000 in coverageWe pay 100% of the cost of your short and long term disabilityWe contribute 3% of your salary to 401k PLUS up to 12% at years endYou are eligible for a year-end bonus and annual raisesThis position will require you to be onsite at active project client sites.
