This role combines technical engineering expertise with strategic program management to enhance Leo's environmental performance and regulatory compliance. As an individual contributor, you will develop and implement environmental management systems, manage compliance programs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with leadership teams, you will integrate environmental engineering solutions and best practices into daily operations while ensuring regulatory requirements are met. You'll shape and improve environmental programs while supporting satellite manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include implementing technical solutions, driving compliance initiatives, and developing innovative approaches to environmental challenges in our facilities. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
