Fix It 24/7 is looking for a high‑performing, revenue‑driven General Manager to lead and grow our Fix‑it 24/7 location in Charleston, South Carolina HVAC & Plumbing operation. This is not a maintenance leadership role — we are looking for a true operator who knows how to grow revenue, build culture, develop leaders, improve performance, and drive profitability.

This role is ideal for a strong home service leader with proven experience growing residential HVAC and/or plumbing revenue through sales leadership, operational excellence, technician development, customer experience, and KPI accountability.
$140,000–$160,000+ annual base salary depending on experience

What You’ll Do
Drive overall branch revenue growth and profitability
Lead and coach HVAC and Plumbing operations teams
Hold managers and teams accountable to KPIs and performance metrics
Increase average ticket, conversion rates, memberships, and overall revenue performance
Build and develop high‑performing service and sales cultures
Recruit, retain, and develop top talent across departments
Oversee budgets, P&L performance, labor efficiency, and operational execution
Improve customer satisfaction and operational consistency
Partner with executive leadership on growth strategy and execution
Create a culture of urgency, accountability, professionalism, and winning
What We’re Looking For
Proven success leading a residential HVAC and/or plumbing service business
Strong track record of driving revenue growth and EBITDA performance
Experience managing managers, service teams, dispatch, sales, and operations
Strong understanding of KPIs, financials, and operational metrics
Ability to coach technicians and leaders to higher performance
High energy, strong leadership presence, and accountability mindset
Service Titan experience strongly preferred
Experience in private equity‑backed or high‑growth environments is a plus
