Our services include IV therapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), Red Light Therapy, and advanced wellness treatments such as NAD+ infusions and ozone therapy.
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a passion for wellness, supports clinical excellence, and enjoys helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and cared for throughout their experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the nurse in the preparation and administration of IV therapy, including NAD+ and other nutrient infusions.
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment, solutions, and supplies are sanitized, stocked, and ready for use.
Greet and prepare patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and addressing any questions prior to treatment.
Provide clear, professional information to clients regarding our medical and wellness services such as IV Therapy, HBOT, Red Light Therapy, and ozone therapy.
Obtain and record patient vitals, medical history, and consent forms prior to treatment.
Monitor patients during procedures, promptly reporting any concerns to the nurse or medical director.
Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure compliance with clinic protocols and confidentiality standards.
Assist with supply inventory and reordering of medical or wellness products.
Support a welcoming, calm, and hygienic clinic environment consistent with Smilebody’s values and aesthetics.
Qualifications
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent clinical training required.
Prior experience in a wellness, aesthetic, or integrative medicine setting preferred.
Familiarity with IV therapy procedures, sterile techniques, and medical terminology.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a caring and professional demeanor.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and basic computer systems.
