This is an exciting opportunity for a hands‐on leader who thrives in the field, enjoys managing complex projects, and is open to travel while driving high‐impact construction initiatives across multiple sites.Summary The Construction Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects across multiple locations. This role is responsible for managing field operations, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and safety compliance. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a field‐first mindset who can effectively coordinate teams, solve problems in real time, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Responsibilities Manage all phases of construction projects from pre‐construction through completionOversee daily field operations, subcontractors, and site personnelEnsure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and on budgetCoordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders across multiple sitesReview project plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure execution alignmentMonitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership and clientsEnforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policiesManage subcontractor performance, contracts, and deliverablesIdentify and resolve construction issues, delays, and risks in real timeSupport project scheduling, cost tracking, and resource planningTravel to project sites as required to oversee execution and ensure qualityRequirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in construction management or field leadership rolesExperience managing commercial, industrial, or infrastructure construction projectsStrong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and project executionAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsExperience managing subcontractors and multiple job sitesStrong leadership, communication, and problem‐solving skillsWillingness and ability to travel extensively (50–75%)Proficiency with project management tools and scheduling software (Procore, MS Project, Primavera, etc.)OSHA certification or strong knowledge of construction safety practices preferredIf you are a Construction Manager who enjoys working in the field, leading teams, and traveling to support impactful projects, we encourage you to apply and learn more about this opportunity.#J-18808-Ljbffr
