Mechanic III, Maintenance (nights)

About This Role In this role, you'll provide customer-focused technical support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, helping keep critical production equipment running safely and efficiently. You'll perform corrective and preventive maintenance on complex manufacturing systems while collaborating closely with engineering and manufacturing teams. Your work directly supports reliable operations and helps ensure high-quality products that make a real difference for patients.Shift Details:12-hour shiftsNights: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AMRotating 2-2-3 scheduleWhat You'll DoPerform corrective and preventative maintenance on filling equipment, isolators, vial washers, autoclaves, parts washers, and automatic vial inspection systemsTroubleshoot equipment issues in collaboration with Responsible Engineers and Manufacturing personnelSupport day-to-day manufacturing operations, responding to alarms, interruptions, and line issuesComplete assigned work orders and preventive maintenance activities with strong attention to detail and GMP documentation requirementsFollow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in the execution of all assigned tasksMaintain accurate maintenance, repair, and equipment logbooksNavigate and manage work orders within a CMMS, coordinating schedules with the plannerPerform lockout/tagout procedures on energized systemsWork independently with general supervision on routine tasks and detailed guidance on new assignmentsParticipate in a rotating 24/7 on-call support schedule for manufacturing operationsSupport small projects as assigned by the SupervisorWho You AreYou're a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working independently while also being a strong team player.
